It was very fun to see the cats and play would probably go back I would like it if they had an air purifier in the main area though

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They are super friendly and they truly care for their customers and the cats. What better way to find your next furry family member than to come play with them and enjoy a delicious beverage? Dawn is fantastic and makes everyone feel welcome. Tammy makes really good lattes, Carolyn, Tim, and the vet team make sure the cats are healthy and well-adjusted, and Dylan keeps the whole facility clean and sanitary. Come check them out and play with a cat even if you aren't wanting to adopt yet. The kitties appreciate the attention and become more socialized. I rescued and fostered two cats, but I was terrible at finding them homes. They were adopted within 2 weeks of staying here. Bravo to this group!

Let me just say that this is truly a special place. When you walk in you are surrounded by curious and friendly cats from floor to ceiling. I got a coffee from their barista and then introduced myself to the cats. They even let me hang out with the baby kittens in their "kitten room." It was a great experience made even better by the staff who absolutely love their job and their feline friends. I'll be back!

A really fun coffee experience in east Dallas. We stopped in with reservations on a weekday, and loved playing with the cats in their well-lit and spaced dining area. The coffee drinks were fresh, the pastry items were delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. A great option for a unique experience in the city.

Amazing Cat Cafe located off of Garland Rd! I came here looking for a friends lost cat and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They were very helpful and were good about getting our information so they can let us know if they come across or hear about anything! For the Cat Cafe itself, if you've never been, it's like any typical cafe except they have cats hanging out and about like it's a regular day for them. The staff is very warm and friendly and the cats match their energy too. I really do mean you couldn't find friendlier cats to hangout with elsewhere. They also do have a cafe section that serves coffee and non-based coffee drinks like you'd find at any Starbucks. They also have some stuff to pick from if you're hungry as well. Lastly, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the whole basis of the cafe is that people who stop in can potentially adopt a cat they like before they leave. So don't be afraid to take one home if you see one you like and hate the idea of not going home with it!

Such a cool concept, especially considering all the cats are adoptable! All of the cats are super friendly to their human visitors and excited to play with and get to know each person that walks through the door! The cafe also serves up great drinks and snacks!

Overall: recommend! Parking is limited but the inside was not crowded. You can reserve a time slot or show up and register on site, there is a small entry fee charge. All cats are available for adoption! I estimate there were 10-15 cats free roaming in the sitting area of the cafe and ~6 kittens in the kitten room. There is a small coffee bar area separated from the cats by plexiglass, so they aren't walking around the prep area. (Plexiglass over the top too so you may get to peep some beans if you're lucky.) Sitting area has booths, tables and floor space for people to interact with cats. There are obstacles for the cats to climb and toys for the people to interact with them. There is a separate room where the cats can go and relax if they're tired of people, and access to the "rafters" where they can walk around and observe the activity below. You must sign up for the kitten room, just ask a barista. I would do this as soon as you get there or you may not have a chance before your hour is up (you can extend your time though). When we went it was pretty quiet until the end when a smaller child was getting frustrated, but the cats were cool!

I've been to a handful of cat cafes, and I'm happy to see that one of the best one is actually in Dallas! In comparison to other cafes, it's cleaner, comfortable, and chill. I could stay here all day if I could. The staff and cats are also very friendly and sweet. I would recommend coming in the morning as it's not too busy and the cats are more activate after eating.
